Shipping processing

  • We ship no later than two days after receiving payment .

  • Orders containing items with different delivery times will be shipped together as soon as all products are available.

  • We deliver worldwide , without restrictions regarding parcel lockers or countries (provided they are supported by the shipping provider).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

Transfer of ownership & risk

Ownership and risk pass to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider (in accordance with § 447 BGB).
